Vitesse and Groningen target Umar Sadiq has also caught the interest of Rangers manager Steven Gerrard, according to TuttoMercato.
Sadiq spent last season on loan at Eredivisie side NAC Breda, scoring five times in his 12 apperances.
This was enough to catch the interest of other clubs in the league, with Vitesse and Groningen fighting for his signature.
With Justin Kluivert moving to Roma earlier this week, already slim playing time for Sadiq at the Serie A club will become even more limited, so he may be looking to move to help his development.
The Nigerian has now caught the interest of Rangers, but Vitesse and Groningen have already scouted him and will be looking to open talks with the 21-year-old shortly.
